It's been fun setting up our christmas tree and putting up our little decorations. There is such a balance between making sure everyone you need to buy presents for has a gift and remembering the real reason we have christmas and we even give gifts. I've never had to buy a lot of presents before for Christmas so this is new and a little more stressful. But I've really tried to read my scriptures and remember Christ throughout the day.
I think I like making presents rather than just buying presents. Much more meaningful to me.
I love how soon Jake will be done with school for the Christmas break. It's his finals week...ew. I don't like his finals more than I didn't like my own. haha. I hope that sentence makes sense. We can't wait to just lazy around if we want to and just be together.
I LOVE THE TEMPLE and need to go there once a week for myself. LOVE the Lord and how great He is.
We sent Meggers off to the MTC on Wednesday. I feel strange because I'm not sad at all (i'm sure it will hit me sometime) but I'm just so excited for her!!!!
